Grant Quasha
President

Grant Quasha is the former Chief Executive Officer for Green Cement, LLC. Prior to that, he oversaw investments and operations of GFG Alliance’s North American Metals, which employs 1,500 people and has revenues approaching $1 billion. He received his B.A. from Harvard College, Cum Laude, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Thierry Amat
Chief Financial Officer

Thierry Amat joined Eco Material Technologies as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President after serving in a similar role for Tensar Corporation. He has considerable experience across multiple public and private companies, where he has been heavily involved in debt and capital funding, as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Thierry received his MBA from Northeastern University in Boston and his MA and B.S. in Accounting and Information Technology from Reims Business School in France.

Rob McNally
Executive Vice President

Rob McNally is the former Chief Executive Officer of EQT Corporation, the largest natural gas producer in North America. He has a long career in operations, finance, and executive management, primarily in the energy industry. Rob currently sits on the boards of two public companies, Summit Midstream Partners and PERMA-Pipe International Holdings. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from Knox College, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Tulane University.

Clinton Pike
Executive Vice President

Clinton Pike had a varied career as a chemist and materials scientist before joining Eco Material. He developed and patented the milling system that is currently used at Green Cement, LLC’s plant in Texas. Pike has over 15 years of experience with Georgia Power and Southern Company in fuels and ash management and over 30 years in research and development with Headwaters, Oldcastle, and U.S. Concrete. Pike received his B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Georgia Southwestern College.

Danny L. Gray, P.E.
Executive Vice President, Harvesting Operations

Danny Gray has more than 40 years’ service in the electric utility, engineering, and coal ash management industries. He manages strategic planning and business operations for Green Cement, LLC, an Eco Material company. Immediately prior to joining Green Cement, he served as Executive Vice President at Charah Solutions Inc. and Mineral Resource Technologies (a Cemex company). Gray served as past Chairman of the National Coal Council, a Federal Advisory Committee to the Department of Energy, and has testified before the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works on behalf of the industry. He currently serves as Chairman of the Southern States Energy Board – Affiliate Companies. Gray received his B.S. in Civil Engineering with honors from Virginia Tech.

Eric Milliken
Vice President, Synmat, LA Ash and Plant Services

Eric Milliken has worked for Synthetic Materials, Headwaters Inc., and Boral Resources for the past 24 years. His varied and extensive experience includes new business/development, EPC contracts, construction design, civil construction, supply chain management, and marketing. Milliken has a B.S. in Biology from Austin Peay State University.

James Carusone
Vice President, West Region

James Carusone has over 30 years of sales and operational leadership experience in the fly ash, portland cement, and concrete industries in the Western U.S. He joined Eco Material after serving as Senior Vice President of Sales for Salt River Materials Group (SRMG). Prior to SRMG, James held executive management positions in the civil engineering and ready-mix concrete industries. He studied Civil Engineering at Arizona State University.

Jimmy Lambert
Vice President, Central Region

Jimmy Lambert joined Eco Material after serving as Vice President of the West Region for Boral Resources and, before that, Headwaters Inc. Prior to joining Headwaters, he worked for 10 years with the Texas Department of Transportation. Lambert received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Terence Peterson
Vice President, East/West Region

Terence Peterson has 38 years’ experience in a variety of managerial roles at Boral Resources and its predecessor companies. Prior to joining Eco Material, he served Boral as Vice President of the East Region, President of Boral Material Technologies, and in senior roles with both Boral Construction Materials and BCM Oklahoma. Peterson received his B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of West Georgia.
