Grant Quasha
President
Grant Quasha is the former Chief Executive Officer for Green Cement, LLC. Prior to that, he oversaw investments and operations of GFG Alliance’s North American Metals, which employs 1,500 people and has revenues approaching $1 billion. He received his B.A. from Harvard College, Cum Laude, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Rob McNally
Executive Vice President
Rob McNally is the former Chief Executive Officer of EQT Corporation, the largest natural gas producer in North America. He has a long career in operations, finance, and executive management, primarily in the energy industry. Rob currently sits on the boards of two public companies, Summit Midstream Partners and PERMA-Pipe International Holdings. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from Knox College, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Tulane University.
Danny L. Gray, P.E.
Executive Vice President, Harvesting Operations
Danny Gray has more than 40 years’ service in the electric utility, engineering, and coal ash management industries. He manages strategic planning and business operations for Green Cement, LLC, an Eco Material company. Immediately prior to joining Green Cement, he served as Executive Vice President at Charah Solutions Inc. and Mineral Resource Technologies (a Cemex company). Gray served as past Chairman of the National Coal Council, a Federal Advisory Committee to the Department of Energy, and has testified before the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works on behalf of the industry. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering with honors from Virginia Tech.
Dwayne Johnson
Vice President, SCM Operations
Dwayne Johnson has over 30 years of experience in operations, lean manufacturing, reliability improvements, project development, and project management. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Operations and Capital Projects at Eco Material Technologies from February 2022 to November 2025. Previously, Dwayne held significant leadership roles at Boral Resources, where his responsibilities included full P&L oversight and continuous improvement for manufacturing operations across seven plants in the U.S. and Mexico and, before that, at SunCoke Energy, where he demonstrated successful management of $60 million in capital projects. His educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Finance.
Eric Milliken
Vice President, Synmat, LA Ash and Plant Services
Eric Milliken has worked for Synthetic Materials, Headwaters Inc., and Boral Resources for the past 24 years. His varied and extensive experience includes new business/development, EPC contracts, construction design, civil construction, supply chain management, and marketing. Milliken has a B.S. in Biology from Austin Peay State University.
James Carusone
Vice President, West Region
James Carusone has over 30 years of sales and operational leadership experience in the fly ash, portland cement, and concrete industries in the Western U.S. He joined Eco Material after serving as Senior Vice President of Sales for Salt River Materials Group (SRMG). Prior to SRMG, James held executive management positions in the civil engineering and ready-mix concrete industries. He studied Civil Engineering at Arizona State University.
Jimmy Lambert
Vice President, Central Region
Jimmy Lambert joined Eco Material after serving as Vice President of the West Region for Boral Resources and, before that, Headwaters Inc. Prior to joining Headwaters, he worked for 10 years with the Texas Department of Transportation. Lambert received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Randy Butcher
Vice President, East Region
Randy Butcher has worked for over 20 years in the construction products industry, specializing in technical sales and marketing. During his time with Eco Material, he served as Regional Sales Manager, leading sales teams in the promotion of fly ash products, before being named to his current position. Prior to joining Eco Material, he promoted the use of other technical products, including lightweight aggregate and fiber-reinforced concrete, through industry associations such as ACI and ASTM. He maintains membership in various committees and ready-mix concrete associations across the country.
