Grant Quasha
Chief Executive Officer

Grant Quasha is the former Chief Executive Officer for Green Cement Inc. Prior to that, he oversaw investments and operations of GFG Alliance’s North American Metals, which employs 1,500 people and has revenues approaching $1 billion. He received his B.A. from Harvard College, Cum Laude, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Scott Ballard
Chief Financial Officer

Scott Ballard joined Eco Material Technologies as Chief Financial Officer after 20 years’ management and financial leadership experience in public accounting and within public companies. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance for Boral Resources, where he led the finance, accounting, and information technology teams. He also served as Treasurer for Headwaters Inc., where he led several acquisitions and financings. Ballard received his master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.

Keith Depew
President

Keith Depew brings more than 30 years of management and leadership experience to his role as President of Eco Material. He previously served for over a decade at Boral Resources, culminating in his appointment in 2017 as President. Depew received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington College of Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Terence Peterson
Vice President, East/West Region

Terence Peterson has 38 years’ experience in a variety of managerial roles at Boral Resources and its predecessor companies. Prior to joining Eco Material, he served Boral as Vice President of the East Region, President of Boral Material Technologies, and in senior roles with both Boral Construction Materials and BCM Oklahoma. Peterson received his B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of West Georgia.

Jimmy Lambert
Vice President, Central Region

Jimmy Lambert joined Eco Material after serving as Vice President of the West Region for Boral Resources and, before that, Headwaters Inc. Prior to joining Headwaters, he worked for 10 years with the Texas Department of Transportation. Lambert received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Chuck Lawton
Vice President, Strategic Planning

Chuck Lawton joined Eco Material after serving as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Boral Resources. Before joining Headwaters Inc., in 1998, he worked in a variety of finance, treasury, and operational analysis roles for Laidlaw Environmental Services. Lawton received his B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Clemson University.

Danny L. Gray, P.E.
Executive Vice President, Business Development

Danny Gray has more than 40 years’ service in the electric utility, engineering, and coal ash management industries. He manages strategic planning and business operations for Green Cement Inc., an Eco Material company. Immediately prior to joining Green Cement, he served as Executive Vice President at Charah Solutions Inc. and Mineral Resource Technologies (a Cemex company). Gray served as past Chairman of the National Coal Council, a Federal Advisory Committee to the Department of Energy, and has testified before the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works on behalf of the industry. He currently serves as Chairman of the Southern States Energy Board – Affiliate Companies. Gray received his B.S. in Civil Engineering with honors from Virginia Tech.

Clinton Pike
Executive Vice President, Technology

Clinton Pike had a varied career as a chemist and materials scientist before joining Eco Material. He developed and patented the milling system that is currently used at Green Cement Inc.’s plant in Texas. Pike has over 15 years of experience with Georgia Power and Southern Company in fuels and ash management and over 30 years in research and development with Headwaters, Oldcastle, and U.S. Concrete. Pike received his B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Georgia Southwestern College.

Eric Milliken
Vice President, Synmat and Resources

Eric Milliken has worked for Synthetic Materials, Headwaters Inc., and Boral Resources for the past 24 years. His varied and extensive experience includes new business/development, EPC contracts, construction design, civil construction, supply chain management, and marketing. Milliken has a B.S. in Biology from Austin Peay State University.

Dwayne Johnson
Vice President, Operations and Capital Projects

Dwayne Johnson joined Eco Material after six years’ service at Boral Resources—most recently as Vice President, Operations and, prior to that, as General Manager, East Coast Operations, for Boral’s stone division. Previously, he worked as Vice President of Capital Projects for SunCoke Energy. He has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and capital projects leadership, and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, as well as an MBA.
